Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 3: Recap

The episode is titled Stand Alone and starts with Taiju ordering Hakkai to beat Takemitchi to death. Hakkai refuses to do so, and Taiju takes matters into his own hands. Taiju starts beating Takemitchi.

Furthermore, a frightened Hakkai stands still, but Yuzuha interrupts. Suddenly Taiju slaps Yuzuha and threatens to take care of her later. Hinata tries to stop Taiju, but he doesn’t stop beating Takemichi. Hakkai offers to leave Toman and join Black Dragon in exchange for Takemichi’s life. Hakkai carries Takemitchi on his back, and Takemichi figures out that Hakkai will kill his brother in the future. In a flashback, Kazutora informs Takemichi that Hakkai killed the 10th-generation leader of Black Dragon for money. However, Takemichi realizes that it might be because of Taju’s abusive behavior.

At home, Takemichi wakes up and decides he must stop Hakkai from joining Black Dragon to stop him from killing Taiju. Chifuyu with Mizo Mid five, who were visiting Takemichi, discusses Black Dragons’ attack on Takemitchi as a declaration of war.

Moreover, Chifuyu explains that Taiju has trained his gang members in a military setup and that they are very dangerous. Nevertheless, Chifiyu and Takemichi leave for a ride. Suddenly, looking at Chifuyu, Takemitchi feels overwhelmed and tells Chifuyu everything about time traveling and what happens in the future.

Chifuyu tells him that together they will try to change things in Toman and stop Hakkai from leaving the gang. The next day, all toman senior officers collect together for a meeting to talk about Taiju’s attack on Takemitchi.

Hakkai attempts to leave Toman. However, Mitsuya refuses to let Hagoleave. The episode tries to show us more about the Shiba sibling’s relationship and Chifuyu helping Takemitchi to make things right.
